FMDanmark Guidelines
When you create a profil on FMDanmark, then you must give us a legit email address. When you have received an e-mail and confirmed your user-name, and e-mail address, then you are a member of FMDanmark.
Your password to FMDanmark is personal, and you may never tell this to other persons, because we hold you responsible for your post on the forum.
It’s only allowed to have 1 user account on FMDanmark, and if you should forget your password or user-name, then you can contact a moderator, and ask permission to create a new user.
Your user-name may not contain any profanity, or look like any of the crew member’s user-names – neither is it legal to pretend to be a crew member, if you aren’t.
Guidelines for the forum
Contact a moderator if you see any breaking the guidelines, don’t take care of the business yourself.
Before you create a topic, please have this in mind first:
- Investigate if there is already a topic regarding your subject.
- Make your topic debate friendly.
- The header of the topic must tell what the topic is all about.
- Don’t use Caps Lock in your topics.
When you are using the forum, we expect you to:
- You write your post in a decent grammatical order, and do your best to make it understandable.
- You don’t use chat language – This can be annoying for people that don’t use this language.
- Don’t create whole post with Caps Lock
- Don’t quote to many post – This make the topic messy, and annoying to look at.
- If you have a conversation with another user, please use our private message clients (PM)
- If you criticise something or someone, please do it in a constructive way, so other people don’t feel offended.
- Make sure your post makes an attribution to the topic.
- You have a good tone about other users, and other clubs.
- You use sizes and colours on your text with thoughts.
Rules for events, competitions, challenges, net-games e.c.:
Cheat isn’t acceptable, and FMDanmark see this as a clear break of our Guidelines. If a user decides to use cheats, or other helping functions, we have the rights to ban the user from the competition e.c., and in worst case, ban the user from the site.
Guidelines for the shoutbox (SB)
The above guidelines is the same in the SB.
The SB is to get a quick answer to your question regarding FM. If there are to much chat between 2 or 3 users, then a moderator or a crew member will slide in an get the SB back on tracks.
Material on FMDanmark
All material on FMDanmark have Copyrights, and may not under any circumstances be delivered to other sites, persons or companies , without confirmation from the crew.
General
The constitution gives of freedom of expression, but FMDanmark isn’t bound to let everyone make their expression come to site..
By accepting the above conditions, you have accepted that you understand, and will follow the above standing Guidelines.
As user, you have the right to update yourself, if there are any changes, or additions in the Guidelines.
These strict, but fair rules is introduced because the crew of FMDanmark find it necessary. The rules is there to make sure, that this site will be a nice visit, every time a user drops by.
Is you should violate any of these Guidelines, this can result in a warning, and I worse case, a ban from the site.
If the crew agree, that a user makes more damage then good, the we have the right to block your profile, and your IP-Adress from our site.
The Daily Management (TDM/DDL) have the final word on this site, and have the daily responsibility for the site.
